I would like to take this opportunity to highlight my personal experience with Trakonline Auto. I organised a pre purchase inspection with them for a vehicle purchase that I was going to make, and Trakonline Auto was nothing short of amazing to deal with. The service that they provided was prompt and extensive. I placed a booking with them in the morning and the vehicle was inspected the same afternoon. This exceeded my expectations because I have used both NRMA and State Roads in the past and had to wait a few days before a booking was available. The report that they provided me was very detailed and it included colour photos of the vehicle as well.

The detail that you go through in the report is great. After speaking with the dealer they commented on how thoroughly everything was checked in comparison to what the NRMA do.
With the little things that were picked up, i was able to get back to the dealer and get him to fix them without change to the agreed value. Saved me money already.

You provide an efficient service. by placing the inspection results on your website you allow a person like me that works behind a desk all day quick access to analyse the report. Much better and more professional than a verbal over the phone report.

I found Trakonline Auto via Google, as I needed to get an inspection on a car I wanted to purchase in Sydney, as I am in
Victoria. I found the team there very professional and friendly, from the start to the end. The Inspector, who checked out the car for me, was very passionate about his job and of course cars, which made me feel at ease, knowing that I was dealing with someone who didn't feel it was just another job for him, and he had my best interests in mind. He was very easy and friendly to talk to, and communicated with me in simple and friendly terms (as i am not mechanically minded.) At All Car Express in Brookvale I receive extra personal service where the mechanic remembers my name and gives me a simple rundown of the repairs that were made and what was wrong with the car in the first place.

They are quick at getting what needs to be fixed done, this is great for me because I need to drive a lot for work everyday. They have a waiting room where I can watch them work on my car, which I love as a self-confessed car nut and I can use the computer with Internet they have there for customers...

I sent my mum down and she was impressed too. She said it was so quick and painless, and they had magazines for her to read!
